Hey all,
DragonByte SEO v1.0.0 Beta 8 has been released! This release adds the URL Rewrite History feature, allowing you to change your URL Rewrite Rules without fear of losing search engine rankings. All your old content URLs posted to search engines, across your forum or across other websites will seamlessly redirect to the new URLs. With datastore caching support, the performance impact of this feature is minimal.
Additionally, other modifications can now extend DragonByte SEO's library of URL Rewrite Rules. Internally at DBTech, we've added DBSEO integration with our shopping cart system. We've also released an update to vBDownloads which adds the same integration. Other DragonByte modifications planned for integration are Gallery, Reviews, Classifieds and vBShop.
Lastly, we've fixed around a dozen bugs, including a serious data loss issue for forums that have vBulletin configured to generate new threads for reported posts.
Below is the complete changelog for this version.
