Bug Dragon shop not tracking currency

Could you please resolve this issue and test that the account can login and access all areas of the AdminCP without two-factor authentication or permissions issues before posting back?

Alright, I have done every step now that you have shown so far. Let me know if any more steps need to be done. It should be good to go!

I was signed in to the account still. Not sure that messed with you or not but I signed out now. Im just the worst customer ever huh lol :D

I've had to close the forum temporarily while I work out what's filling up your server error log. I strongly suspect the cause of this problem is also the cause of the issue in the OP.
 
Update: I have tested this with all add-ons enabled other than Similar Threads, which is known to cause multiple compatibility issues with other add-ons.

Currency tracking works fine, which leads me to believe the culprit is that add-on. I would recommend leaving it disabled.
 
wow, that's weird. We had that for a long time and it seems to have been the issue huh? Alright let me test it out for a few days. You are pretty amazing :D

Just tested it and its not working for me. Can this be a past account issue now?

 
This has been tested. Other members are doing well with it. However, my account is not tracking points. Any theories?
 
Check your user group permissions, though there shouldn't be anything there. It's possible another one of your add-ons is conflicting, but only for certain users. I'd recommend disabling them all, leaving only Shop enabled, then try again to see if the currency value updates for you.
