Pending Disallow gifting expired items

I started working with Your plugin, and noticed this feature - an item with an expired validity period, you can give to another user. The action of the subject is over, what's the point in such a gift?

There's no point in me restricting how administrators want to set up their items.

It makes sense to make the setting "prohibit donation after expiration".
