First of all, please upgrade to v4.6.0, as Beta 1 is out of date.

Secondly, did you configure the digest sections? admin.php?dbtech-mail/digest-section/ - without these, the digest will not send.

Thirdly, check your user preferences to make sure you're subscribed. index.php?account/preferences.
