Question Developer Access

I am currently using ThemeHouse's Credit and Shop add-ons, and am looking at switching over to yours (I have purchased them for testing). However I have a custom product type that was developed by MtoR on XenForo that I need to know if it can be ported over or not.

Would it be possible to give him access to my license, or a developer license?
