Bug Critical - can't unsubscribe from digest or inactivity emails

Not sure how this got by QA but none of my members can unsubscribe from Digest and Inactivity emails.

To recreate: [as a registered user] go to -> /account/account-details -> uncheck Receive inactivity & site digest, hit save. On reload they are checked again.

These preferences are persisted if you do the same via: /account/preferences strangely enough.

Needs fixing sharpish please as we're totally offside by not providing a working method for users to unsubscribe.

Users can unsubscribe just fine by using the links in the footer of the email and as you say, there is a page where they can unsubscribe via the UI.

Myself and many other developers were not aware there was multiple pages where the email options showed up, so we only integrated with one of the pages.

This has been fixed internally in the next version.

Tell that to the users pinging me constantly on this. :p

Is there a rough ETA on the new version. It contains a number of critical issues and key usability features for me so I'm quite keen on it.

I need to finish a part of the digest content types - the past two weeks I’ve been working on switching accounting software so I’ve fallen a bit behind on my schedule.

I don’t feel comfortable giving ETAs, rough or otherwise, since things always change.

That being said, the plan is to work on that particular part at some point this week when I’m all caught up.

That's fine just wanted to see where it lies on your list of priorities. Thanks for the update.
