Question Credits used in store

Is it possible, to allow Credits in the store being used just in 1 category and not in all of them as default?

No, payment profiles are global, otherwise the shopping cart feature wouldn't work. The exception being the Classifieds section, which checks to make sure all cart items come from the same Business Profile.
