Question Credits Keep Going in Circles

It starts at negative turns around -4 goes back up and then around 7 goes back down. How to make it go from low to high? Note, I didn't transfer credits, so I don't know why it goes down sometimes.

The credits aren't going from down to up and there isn't any transfer of credit going on.

Sorry, I still don't understand. If the credits aren't moving and there's no transfers, then surely there's no problem?
