Question Crediting Amounts

Hello,

How can I access the controls to update the amount users receive per topic vs per reply. I thought I had set it up correctly yesterday with 5 per reply, and 10 per topic, but today it's giving various different amounts between 6 and 11. So I'm not sure what to do or where to go to change these settings.
