Bug Changes in the instance are not saved

Yesterday, I bought a license update, updated the vbShout to the latest version and since then I have a problem with editing instances.
I can create a new instance, but I can't save changes in instance edit, for example I set the height to 250px, forum save the information, but when I want edit somthing again, it turns out height has not been changed.
It does not matter whether I do it in the new or the old instance.

I have no idea what's going on.
