Bug Cant use DBSEOCP comes back with nothing to do on save

Hi,

Any time we go to save in the DBSEOCP we get a "Nothing To Do" message no matter what options we change when we go to save, but we can save the options under vboptions in the main admincp.

What can we do to fix this?

Having looked through the other thread you have posted it doesnt mention the post length anywhere in the thread other than it being discussed as a server issue.

What did you do to resolve this with the client as you went on to his server?

Nothing. The issue resolved itself with no interaction from me whatsoever, no files were edited and nothing was uploaded to the server nor changed by me at all.

If you did nothing and he did nothing then why would you dismiss this as not a bug? Currently I am still having issues in relation to this the options can be saved in the vb options with debug on but that doesnt list all the options

Because "Not a bug" means that the issue is not in our software. If this issue has started to happen recently on your forum, then I would advise you to contact your host and investigate what software changes they have made, such as installing a new version of ModSecurity.
