The one giving the error is considered a product discussion thread already. I’ll look into changing this behaviour for future versions.

Could you please let me know what is the reason for that behaviour and how I can fix it until the future versions?

The problem currently is, that update Threads wont be add once a update is released.

Also, I just noticed that you're running the XenForo 2.2 version, which will not receive further updates (with the exception of security fixes) as I don't have the bandwidth to support multiple XenForo versions.

I would strongly recommend upgrading to XenForo 2.3 as soon as possible.
