Question Cannot open a topic if there is no credit

Hello, I want you to not be able to open a topic if you don't have enough credit. If he does not have enough credit, he cannot open a subject. Where can I do this? Thanks in advance.

Setup a new Thread event and tick the "Is Charged" box.

The paid box is checked, but can send messages. If there is no loan, do not open the subject. However, it falls into minus credit. You can never open a subject.
