Question Can eCommerce also perform Shop plugin features?

I'm wondering if the eCommerce addon can perform the same things as the Shop addon, but basically add digital/physical shipments. (I may be building placemats to sell on my site so I'd need physical options)

DB Shop only sells on-forum things such as coloured usernames and extra permissions, for virtual currency only. It absolutely cannot be used to sell real-world items.

DB eCommerce is only for digital downloads and/or physical items, for real-world currency. It cannot be used to sell on-forum things.
