Duplicate Block access to the ticket to all users except the author.

Hello,

You can view any ticket via What's New. For user privacy, wouldn't it be better to block access? If, for example, user X creates a ticket, it would be preferable if only user X could have access to his ticket. It is all the better if it communicates sensitive information.

This is already a feature. Since tickets are just threads, you should use node permissions to achieve this functionality. Set "View threads by others" to No for Registered and Unregistered user groups, and Yes for your staff user groups.
