Bug Allow Re-Configuration set to No

Allow Re-Configuration set to No but Allow Re-Configuration box are not marked by default and can be un-check.



Please note, When we selected License then why need fill-up more fields? creating ticket are make very easy.

The checkbox will no longer be displayed in the next version if reconfigure is turned off in the item settings.
