Hey all,
After just north of a week of development, we're able to present our next entry in the lineup of vBulletin 5 Connect mods: Advanced User Tagging! Due to the usefulness and popularity of this mod, we felt it was a natural choice to be a part of our vBulletin 5 Connect launch lineup.
As with our previous releases, this version features some technological advancements that we hope to back-port to vBulletin 3/4, as well as some advancements that are inherent to vBulletin itself.
Firstly, the Pro version of this mod has been unlocked further than its vB3/vB4 counterparts. You'll be able to mention both all your friends AND usergroups, as well as multiple usergroups. The same is true for the Thread Tag feature.
Secondly, the way content anywhere in vBulletin 5 Connect is created will allow us to eventually bring AUT support to literally any piece of content found natively in vB5. This first version is very much a "proof of concept" that will be expanded upon for the Gold release of this mod.
