There is a usergroup permission for being able to access the DBSEO ACP.

usergroup permission for all user who is have? I donot want all admin can use.

If you want to avoid certain administrators accessing the DBSEO AdminCP, then you can use the password feature to add an additional password or create a new usergroup for DBSEO admins.
