Bug Admin Permission

Ever since I installed the new update, my admin says he can not see the "DBTech - vBShout" in the admincp.

I check his admin permissions and "Can Administer vBShout" is set and has always been set to YES.

Even if I give him a direct link, he gets the admin permission denied phrase.

Any ideas?

Set that users id to Super Admin in the config.php as well as your own.
