Question Adding an item to the shop

When users add an item to the shop they get a message that says their item is waiting for approval. But there are no items in the moderator queue. I don't see any setting that requires approval for items. I have to rebuild permissions for the item to become visible. How is this supposed to work?

In order for me to test this, I'll need to replicate the permission setup for your registered users. Can you show me all of the Shop related permissions for a user affected by this?

I created a shop item that allows members to purchase the option to create items. Here are the permissions for that item:
