Pending Add validation or editing ability to layers folder property

When creating a new layer, it'd be good if it validated the path before letting you save. Mostly because once you save it, you can't edit that field again. You have to delete and recreate the layer. Not overly a big deal as there isn't much to redo, but it'd be nice if it validated and let you know beforehand that you have bad data.

Adding an edit function is impossible due to the fact that it would disrupt every Signature Part that uses the layer.

I'll look into it though
