Legacy Add a way to automatically add existing DB users to a list

Unless I'm just missing something in the instructions; I cannot find away to add all uses on our board to a new mailing list??

This is secondary and I believe a request has already been submitted to have new registrations automatically added to lists.

Both of those are existing features

When you create a mailing list, you can set default subscribed users. Ticking those boxes will subscribe existing users, and ensure new users joining also subscribe
