Bug Accouwith negative balance?

Hi guys

So, was trying to link an user-upgrade to a DragonByte Credits payment profile.

All works well, but when my user don't have the necessary credits to proceed with the purchase, the system does not prevent them from doing so and they end up with negative balance.

Could it be any setting that I am missing? My details:

Payment page (and correct display of price according to exchange rate):


Please note that the correct amount of Credits is deducted from the users account. What should happen is that if they don't have more than the calculated amount (4733), the system should not allow them to purchase the account upgrade.

Your DB Credits currency is likely set up to allow the balance to be negative. Please check the configuration.

With "Reset to 0 when negative", will the system prevent users from buying the package, even if they have 4732 credots?

That is the correct setting, the current configuration allows users to go into negatives. You must choose the first option in order to prevent people from going into negatives.
