Question - Set-up instructions?

Hi, I've installed this plugin and I've set up a developer account on Twitter. I cannot find set-up instructions anywhere and the terminology used in the Twitter Developer account is different to that in the settings screen for the addon. Currently the addon is installed but not pushing tweets...

Twitter gives three keys - you ask for four

Does this work ? If so how ?

If not could you please either update it or remove it from the shop ?

There is no need to remove a working, free product from the shop, even should Twitter remove the ability to create OAuth 1.0a apps in the future (or if they already have).

Could you please clarify why you believe a product no-one has to pay for, should be removed even if it was no longer usable for new users?
