Legacy ability to embed video in chat

I would like to be able to embed video in chat. I use AME media embedder for the forum. It would be great if chat could pick up the existing definitions.

I don't think this is something we would spend time integrating - shouts disappear fairly fast off the SB and the video would stop playing every 3 seconds or however often the SB refreshes.

good point... I agree that won't work with regard to the refresh.
