usergroups

Now we have global limit how long can PM be and it affects on all, even admins. It could be good idea if we could have different values per usergroup. For example, we could sell right to write longer PMs, certain users on certain forums would pay for that. It would be nice feature.

In usergroup manager I gave supermoderators' usergroup immunity from editing their posts, so their posts everywhere couldn't be edited by thread startes. Now, supermoderators couldn't edit posts of other supermoderators, which is strange, as it should only protect them from thread starters...
