Would it be possible to have the ability to randomly select a featured channel? Would be a nice feature and our members would feel all warm and fuzzy seeing their channel selected from time to time.

Don't think this is a bug per say or more of a setting but we have tested this with several users and it takes exactly 5 minutes from the time that a user starts streaming on twitch until the channel displays the stream. Is there a way to reduce this time?
