Hi again... is there any way that we can disable the grouping of the pins? As the locator is IP based, it's putting too many people together in exactly the same place, but the locations are also up to 200 miles out from where they are actually located. Members cannot find their pins to move them...

Unfortunately, we don't have 58 members currently residing under the river Thames :LOL:

I have noticed that with the pin grouping, there are some of my members that have been grouped to exactly the same position, and regardless of how close you zoom in, they will not separate. See screenshots below. @ MAX ZOOM

We have our member map integrated now, and all seems to be working well. The location pins seem to be a little off (between 2-20 miles) but I guess this is based on the settings of the users device. This doesn't matter so much as we are using it to get a rough idea of who is where to arrange...

Just as an update to this... if I do not put a username, or an Event... and just use the Event Trigger drop down, I can get search results... but I would really like to be able to do this by user.

Hi, me again! I've tried all ways I can think of, I've checked and double checked everything I can, but my transaction log is not working. If I try to "search" the transaction log... regardless of what I put in as the filters, I get nothing returned. Here is a screenshot of the transaction...

Yes, I have set up the admin group to be able to see all transaction logs. But it's only showing the credits earned... not spent. Also, I've "adjusted" a few members credits to test the system and they don't get a notification and it doesn't show on the transaction log either.

That makes perfect sense! And little wonder it wasn't working for me. Just tested it and it works. OK... so next question... where can I see a log of what people have purchased? I've just had my partner test it for me, but it doesn't show in the transaction log that she's "spent" any credits.

OK, so the CHARGE BB Code is now working, but nothing is getting deducted. Should it give a link, or hide the text until you click it (which then deducts the amount of credits assigned)?
