Users are complaining that the request system do not work. In their first try, they get a warning message saying that they reached their limit of requests. How does it work? The values put there mean what?

I use to have the YAAS, and I imported awards from it. When I disabled YAAS, the vbactivity awards stopped displaying in postbit. They still exist on the backend, but stopped showing on postbit. Any idea? Achievements are still showing. (sorry ofr the amount of questions ;) )
