Implemented Disallow gifting expired items

In case someone wants to set up an item that way

There's no point in me restricting how administrators want to set up their items.

It makes sense to make the setting "prohibit donation after expiration".

I've changed this to a feature request

Thank you for suggesting this feature, it has now been implemented. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future release (7.2.0).
