You can work around this by changing the rating style to not use the "circle" method.

No worries. I wasn't planning on using the ratings, but was just testing out the features as I'm new to this add-on! Thank you!
 
Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future release (6.4.3).

Change log:
Fix: Setting "Item rating style" to "Circle" would not work due to missing templates
