Bug XenForo DB Security Mass Password Reset Fails

On my forum, running a mass password reset doesn't work properly. With 1k users per page, it times out. I experimentally dropped it to 50 per page and it did something for some amount of time, but didn't actually complete. It reset about ~150 users passwords, but then it redirected to a page that said "nothing to do." Thoughts?
