Good evening, i've a question, i've created a digital products and i would know where i found the link to download this products after purchase, because, i've created an extarnal link or generated to download but i haven't seen nothing on the site. Thanks for your support!

The customer can download their products from the "Your licenses" page which has multiple links across the store / subnav menu :)

The problem is that the download button isn't there. I've linked the product from Dragon Byte admin panel via auto-generated download link, where I've put the folder as indicated (inside the folder there is the digital product). Actually the folder is under public_html, so it has web access, which is not ideal because everyone can reach it from URL.
My question is am I doing something wrong to link the product to the download folder ? Thanks

Can you double-check the user group permissions to make sure they have permission to download?

Yes, I checked and permissions are set on download, so that's not the problem. My concern is that there may be some problem on the procedure I follow to link the digital product to actually file stored on server, since it doesn't even give me the download button. As I mentioned before, the file to be downloaded is in 'download' folder under the main root of server, so it's accessible via web. If I try to put file's name in the path e.g. 'download/filename.exe' it shows an error message saying the directory is not readable. Again, from server panel, both 'download' folder and 'filename.exe' have all possible accesses (thing I want to avoid that's why I chose auto-generated download method against external link).

If you read the description text, you will find that the input area needs the full path to the directory to generate downloads from.

This means your setting is invalid, and it also means you do not have to use a directory inside the public_html folder.
