When you click discard on a purchase it asks if you're sure you want to discard. However, if you select a bunch of purchases and use the new inline moderation feature to discard them all at once it does it immediately without double checking. I had an incident where someone discarded several items accidentally because they clicked the wrong option in the inline dropdown.
