vBQuiz and vBDownloads updates for vB4.2

I just uploaded bugfix releases for vBQuiz and vBDownloads. This will fix the missing navigation buttons and subnav links for vB 4.2

vBQuiz 1.2.4 includes the following fix:

• Fixed missing nav and sub nav links for vB 4.2

vBDownloads 1.3.5 includes the following fix:

• Fixed missing nav and sub nav links for vB 4.2
