Beyond implementing nearly all your suggested changes, we've added a major new feature: Keywords
Using this feature, you can let your users receive only mail they're interested in, without creating 9001 separate mailing lists

In addition, we've implemented some (for now) back-end only changes to prepare to be able to display more statistics regarding the mailing list (like # of unsubscribers per-mailing list and per-mail).

- Feature: Keywords (as described above)
- Feature: "Bounce Test" page - check your mail server's compatibility with major email providers
- Change: Mailing List Directory now uses <table> to attempt to fix overlap issues on low-resolution monitors
- Change: Paginated mail queue system to lessen load on servers running large mailing lists (10k users+)
- Change: The list of users mailed (and whether they were skipped for whatever reason) is now printed on each page of the queue
- Change: The time is now included on the Mail History page for those forums who send multiple mails per hour
- Fix: Invalid Subscription Hash error in some scenarios
