Legacy Usergroup Value + Yes/No and Send Item to user on birthday

A few ideas:

Have a new itemtype, Usergroup Value + Yes/No together.
For example, if someone purchases the ability to PM, I can turn on their PMs with Yes/No and set their Inbox to 150 with the Values

Another idea is to have an item automatically sent to a user on their birthday (similar to credits being sent on their birthday).
I have a birthday cake icon available in my store and it'd be perfect if it could be automatically sent/gifted to users on their birthday.
