Bug User can purchase empty cart

If a user removes the final product from their cart, they're redirected to the cart overview page, which allows them to complete the order.

Ideally, removing the last product from a cart would delete any pending order and not redirect.
 
I wasn't able to directly replicate the issue, but I was able to navigate to the dbtech-ecommerce/checkout page manually and see the "empty order" part (the important part) in action.

IIRC the reason for keeping the empty order around was that users wouldn't have to enter their VAT ID again, but with the recent address changes that's no longer a concern.

In short, I'll fix this for the next version :)
