Bug Unable to create shop

I am unable to create a shop. Is this because the feature is not enabled yet or is it a permission problem.

I am also unable to view your shop. It gives me a blank page.

I think I've got both these fixed in Alpha 2.

It was just a permissions issue (so the permissions work ) which is now fixed.
