We have updated our Terms of Service to clarify some terms and more clearly specify our rights as it relates to protecting our products, and the legal jurisdiction of any disputes. In short, it's your responsibility to protect your account and your files, our terms are enforced in our home country of Scotland, and we're allowed to add DRM or encryption to our products/files in future to protect them from piracy.
You can read the full ToS here. They're short and we've kept the terms as understandable as possible by avoiding legalese wherever we can.
We also updated our Privacy Policy. In short we made it even clearer that we NEVER sell or supply your data to advertisers or marketers. We also made it clear we're totally fine with you using ad blockers.
We also added specifics about how we improve the service you receive from us by using the data you give us (e.g. when you visit the site), and that we sometimes use the information we gather from you to help protect your account from unauthorised access and to fight piracy.
