Bug Server Error when trying to set a disallowed/already in use username via "Username Change" item

Interesting. I will keep this open so that I can resolve it for the upcoming v6.1.0 update.

I've completed the "Username Change" item for the upcoming v6.1.0 update and I can confirm this will not occur in the future, as it now uses the username validator service in XF2 to check the validity before saving the configuration.
