Schedule tweets. A way to only post to twitter, if the thread is active or something?
There's some great 'schedule post' addons, but they don't work with this addon. If I create a scheduled post, and it becomes 'active' - it would have already tweeted. I only want it tweeted if the thread is active. Does that make sense?
