Question Purchased Branding Free

Purchased the branding removal with the credits add on but the copyright is still on my footer. Is this because I need to purchased a branding removal for each add on that I purchase from you?

You have branding free for DragonByte Shop, not DragonByte Credits.

You do indeed, Branding Free applies to a single add-on unless you purchase the Global Branding Free product.

Well I Purchased two branding free one for credits and one shop. Downloaded and reuploaded the add ons but the copyright is still on my footer.

The old download including the Branding Free would have been cached by our system, I have reset the cache just now. If you re-download the zip file and import it via the Archive installer feature, the branding should be removed.
