@Fillip H. Also have problem with User Tagging add-on. When enabled User Tagging add-on then Xenforo all Change log are Phrases showing.

I'll make updates to the ChangeLog integration in v4.1 of DB Mail, and the User Tagging issue has already been resolved, so I'll close this.
