Pending Pay to activate extra group functions

It would be nice if members can pay to enhance their group with new features and styling.

Group members would see a 'Upgrade Group' button. If they click it they can purchase the upgrade by paying for it.

After the group has been upgraded, premium functions would become active. When the set duration of the upgrade is passed, the features become inactive.

Some features that could be premium:

• Style group colors.
• Group banner slider.
• Group custom fields.
• Anything controlled by permissions or settings.
