Question Obscene size of shoutbox

Hello,

As per popular member request, I purchased & installed the Pro version.

One of my members has bitterly complained about this plugin's incompatibility with Mobile devices. Specifically nwith how it appears when looking through a mobile phone.

How do I help him remedy this?

Tell him to use the Font Size selector to reduce the font size of the font, that seems to be the issue there.

Ok I will do, although why do the Usernames show one size and the actual messages show up a different size?

Your username markup may include font size, or you may have CSS rules in place in your skin that overrides vBShout's font size override.
