Bug Missing files error

Hi,

I can't install any version for xenforo 2.3 I get this error:

The following errors must be resolved before continuing:

• This add-on cannot be installed/upgraded because the following files are missing: src/addons/DBTech/Security/vendor/donatj/phpuseragentparser/.github/dependabot.yml, src/addons/DBTech/Security/vendor/donatj/phpuseragentparser/.github/workflows/ci.yml, src/addons/DBTech/Security/vendor/donatj/phpuseragentparser/.helpers/constants.php.

Update: I have looked into this and the files in question are indeed present. Are you uploading manually, or using the archive installer in XenForo?

If you are uploading manually, please start using the archive installer in XenForo instead, and tick the "Overwrite files during rebuild" option. This will ensure all files and folders are uploaded correctly.

I've always done it manually. It should work regardless? to do it that way I need to change the owner of all the directories from my user to webserver, I'm not prepared to do that for one addon.

Not necessarily. Hidden files or folders are not uploaded this way. The manual way of upload is not recommended for this reason.

Ok. I've changed the owner and updated the way you suggested. It worked fine
