Question Mail subscribe question

Hi, quick question.

If I create a new mailing list and subscribe every forum user to it, it will do exactly that; every user is subscribed.

So my question is this:

Even though they become subscribed, will the add-on still send mail to the users that are banned and the users that have user state email invalid (bounced)?

No, only users with user state "Valid", regardless of their subscription settings.
