Question license verification

I have paid for the shop but not sure how to download. Tells me to verification the token but i dont understand

So i was able to figure out the license but now I have items in the shop but no where does it display a purchase button. It shows the items i created in the category but no way to purchase them. I have it set to credits and if i click on the amount it says no permissions. When i try to set permission it says

Oops! We ran into some problems. Please try again later. More error details may be in the browser console.
