Pending Item Purchase/Configure Notification Post In Existing Thread

Instead of creating new threads for each purchase, which could be be a bit overwhelming and untidy on a busy forum, it would be nice to have an option to simply post in an existing thread. Something like this...

Hopefully same can be done with configurations (ie. create a configure notification post in existing thread). It's gonna serve as reference for the Staff and to be immediately informed why a thread is pinned, why a member able to use 'restricted' feature, who changed username, etc.
